Lovely design, good, central location, quiet. Comfortable pillows
The approach to the building is a bit grubby and austere. It feels like ex-Soviet social housing. It could do with the cleaner for the 5 flats giving the entrance hall a sweep and the front doors a wash down -- even though it is not the owner's / host's responsibility.
The bathroom has drainage issues and, if not used, it smells of drains. The kitchen could be better appointed
