The apartment was very clean and filled with natural light. We were provided with shampoo and shower gel, and the water pressure was excellent. The bathroom was spacious and had a washing machine, which was very convenient. The apartment is also very secure, with four different codes required before entering. It was extremely quiet, with no noise at all during our stay. The shutters close very well, so no light comes in during the morning, which was great for getting a good night's sleep.
The apartment/studio was brand new, and the location was perfect. The train station is just across the road, and the city centre is only a 10-minute walk away. There is also a market nearby that stays open until 9:00 pm, as well as a coffee shop.
Further up the same street, there is a garage where you can park your car for a fee, or you can park on the street. Street parking costs €13 for 24 hours.
There is also a lovely park just a 5-minute walk away, which is a great place to relax.
Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and would definitely recommend this apartment.
When we arrived, we had an issue with the water heater and the Wi-Fi. As soon as I contacted the hosts, they responded immediately and arranged for a technician to come and resolve the issue. Although I was a little irritated at first, as I was really looking forward to having a warm shower after our arrival, I really appreciated how quickly they handled the situation. The problem with the water heater was resolved within an hour.
Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi on the TV was not working and remained unavailable throughout our stay. However, the Wi-Fi worked perfectly well on our mobile phones.
One small suggestion for the hosts would be to provide a bottle or two of water upon arrival, along with some coffee and tea. These small touches can make a big difference, especially after a long journey.
That said, I really don’t have anything negative to say about our stay—only praise. Well done, Dino and Josip, and keep up the excellent work!

The location, the communication from hosts, clarity of checking in and the quality of the place itself.
We had a really comfortable stay and would definitely return.
There were family friendly games, Netflix and all the amenities you could need if staying for more than a few nights. We travelled here by train so were in the apartment within 5 minutes of arriving!!
Shout out to Dino for being a great host.

Ubicación, camas, habitación en general
Happyrentals, tras chat confirmando precio total y ausencia de pago tasa turística, 48 horas antes de irnos, nos pidió un pago de casi 150€. Tras conversación telefónica con ellos, nos vimos obligados a hacer el pago. En este sentido, Booking tampoco fue de ayuda a pesar de informar a Atención al Cliente. Bastante decepcionante!
En los 8 días que hemos estado en el alojamiento, no ha habido limpieza de los 5 apartamentos. Añadir en positivo que los apartamentos estaban limpios a nuestra llegada.
Apartamentos muy cómodos, las camas también, aunque las almohadas bastante incómodas. Algunas cosas incomprensibles, los apartamentos tienen lavadora, horno, frigorífico y vitrocerámica, pero no hay tostadora ni cafetera. Los 5 apartamentos están en una misma zona con un pequeño pasillo en común donde hay una sandwichera y un microondas. Menos mal que el grupo tenía reservado los 5 apartamentos, porque si no, el ruido de distintos clientes entrando y saliendo (cada puerta hace tiene una alarma que suena al entrar y salir), o al usar el microondas (y su ruido) ya que el aislamiento de las puertas no es total.
Acceso a cada apartamento seguro, con contraseñas en cada una de las 3 puertas de acceso.
En el apartamento 5, la calefacción del baño imposible apagarlo, menos mal que la temperatura exterior no era demasiado alta.
En resumen, sabor agridulce, principalmente por el aumento de precio sobre los ya cobrado por parte de Happyrentals a través de Booking. Las instalaciones son bastante buenas, eso debemos reconocerlo
