Excessive noise that disturbs others' stay may be grounds to terminate the booking. PETS: We have specific pet-friendly rooms that would be able to accommodate you and your fur baby. Also, please make us aware of how many pets that will be staying in the unit. 1. At the time of booking, you must make us aware of any pet(s) that will be staying in the unit. Failure to disclose the presence of pets will result in a fine. 2. Non-dangerous/non-aggressive pets are welcome to join you for your stay. 3. We have a maximum of two pets per unit. 4. All pets must be kept on a leash at all times on the property until inside the unit with you. 5. You must clean up and dispose of your pet's waste. 6. Pets are not permitted on furniture. 7. Pets can be left unattended in the unit, as long as they are inside a kennel and cannot bark. 8. An extra $25 will be applied towards the cleaning fee for your stay and be requested through the app. SMOKING: Smoking in the unit will result in a $250 fine and a cancellation of your stay, without a refund, for causing smoke damage and an extremely hard and costly smell to remove. Smoking is strictly prohibited on the premises of the entire Hotel Resort and Lodge. Guests are kindly reminded to smoke only in the designated smoking area and to ensure proper disposal of cigarette butts in provided receptacles.
