Great location everything was clean and we enjoyed the views from the balcony.
Our checkin was supposed to be by 4pm but they ran about 20 minutes late. When we arrived around 2pm they said the room was ready but still needed inspected.
One evening we decided to eat at the restaurant they told us to take a seat where ever we wanted and someone would bring us menus. There were only two other tables seated. We sat there hot 20 minutes and they looked right at us and never brought us menus or acknowledged we were even there. So we left and went to Rustic Table. I highly recommend Rustic Table everything was amazing from the food to the service. We did eat there at lunch and the staff and food were good. Night shift needs some work.

Upon entry to the facilities we entered into a newer lobby of the condo /hotel. Breakfast area was clean and ready to serve the complimentary food. Coffee was good
The bedding of the room rented was completely worn out and needed to be replaced. First night was horrible experience. We asked to be moved to a different room, thankfully the bed was firm enough, but had sand between the sheets. The room smelled musty and moldy. The A/C unit was worn out and needed to be replaced. The hotel /Condo was in dire need of upgrades and repairs. The complimentary breakfast was powdered eggs with bacon and sausage. you could spend money to get real eggs if you wanted.
