Well equipped, comfortable apartment in an excellent location next to the Stockholm old town. Multiple restaurants and grocery stores in an immediate vicinity make Guldgrand an excellent choice for a several days stays.
Our particular apartment was accessible via two full story runs of spiral stairs. It was a bit of a struggle to get our luggage up there.

The location was central to both Gamla Stan and Sodermalm, which was terrific. Lots of cafes and transit near by.
The main issue was the noise. People banging suitcases down a metal staircase at 6am. Noise from people talking in the courtyard. Hearing people shower and cough and drag chairs around in the nextdoor unit. It was a drag.
The layout was also not that great. The bedrooms were really just sleeping alcoves so there wasn't much privacy and we all ha to walk past one bed to get to the bathroom
