This place has horrible staff that are rude and manager should not be in the hospitality business. Room was below averag

Room view and restaurant

Room was not clean, mold in kitchen sink and bathroom sink and shower, shower overhead light fixture not covered showing wires, sliding glass balcony door would not open well, burnt out overhead light fixture bulbs and minimal kitchenware. Requested room cleaning on Tuesday for midweek Wednesday, room was not cleaned after several calls on Wednesday, male evening desk clerk and night manager were rude when asked about room cleaning, female manager Jessica Bree Broadwell stated room would be cleaned on Thursday but never was, manager was rude when inquired and said room could be cleaned on Friday. Requested 30 minute late check out, only linens brought to room on Friday, was forced out of room at 11am on Saturday with no 30 minute additional time by manager.

Overall, pretty good stay! We would like to return.

The location and the view of the ocean was wonderful
