Das Appartement ist sehr komfortabel und sehr hochwertig. Alles ist sehr sauber. Wir haben uns mehr als wohl gefühlt.
Noch nie habe ich auf meinen Reisen in so einem bequemen Bett geschlafen.
Gott sei Dank gab es eine Klimaanlage. Denn es war sehr heiß.
Zudem liegt das Appartement sehr zentral. Es ist aber sehr ruhig.
Leider gab es keinen Besen oder Wischmob. Dafür aber ein Staubsauger....
Wir hätten auch gerne mehr Besteck, Gläser und Tassen gehabt. So musste man JEDEN Abend den Geschirrspüler anstellen. Und die Schränke sind sehr hoch. Ein kleiner Hocker wäre gut.
Leider konnten wir den Lift im Haus nicht Mitbenutzen....
Waschmaschine ist SEHR laut...Hatten schon bedenken, dass sie kaputt geht

El personal era muy agradable, respondían pronto por WhatsApp y las indicaciones eran claras.
La ubicación estaba de 10, cerca de todo y zona tranquila.
El apartamento en general estaba bien y limpio.
Lo único malo era la comodidad del sofá cama, el colchón completamente hundido, para pasar 1 o 2 noches esta bien pero no más. El aire del salón estaba estropeado, vinieron a revisarlo pero no lo pudieron arreglar y la verdad que con 42º nos hacía falta. Poníamos el aire del cuarto pero no enfriaba todo el apartamento.

La ubicación es perfecta, en una calle bonita y animada a unos 5-10 minutos de la torres y la piazza Maggiore, y a unos 15 minutos de la estación de tren.
Apartamento limpio y equipado como si se tratara de tu propia casa. Buen descanso, sin ruidos.
Check in/out muy sencillos. Los anfitriones se interesan en que todo vaya bien. No necesité nada, pero me dió tranquilidad saber que podía contactar fácilmente con ellos.
Me encantaría regresar a Bolonia y a este apartamento.

Rooms spacious and clean
Insufficient towels and shower gel provided for a 5 night stay and not a single towel hook or rail in the bathroom which was very inconvenient
Tried unsuccessfully to convey to owner that when replying to his/her emails, my emails were not delivered because the address used was a booking.com no reply address. Luckily I found the original email address I had used when booking and that one worked, but they continued to use the booking.com email address which meant I could not just press send to reply but had to copy and paste the original address into the "to" box
