Such a wonderful and fun hotel, it was filled with pop culture vibes that both adults and children enjoyed, the staff were so great and friendly, we had the best time there, and the location is right in the hear of the center we didnt need to get any rides to malls because we were inside the same platinum pop mall and it also had direct access to Big C market and Central World mall, also the others malls are just walking distance. We only needed a ride to go to Asiatisque for Jurassic World which was about 25 minute drive.
The rooms were small, the queen loft which had the bunkbed that we got for the kids was soo cute but it was too small, we didnt have space for our luggage and there was no closet only few places to hang around the room, so we had to switch to a bigger suite and asked for an extra, it was much more spaced but unfortunately we had to cancel the bunkbed which my kids were excited about.

The staff were super friendly, helpful and the hotel was great value for money! The facilities were great. I loved the quirky vibe of the whole hotel.
One downside would be the size of the room.
