Apartament był dobrze przygotowany na przyjazd gości. Wszystko było bardzo czyste i wygodne. Łazienka była bardzo praktyczna i pachnąca. W kuchni znajdowały się wszystkie niezbędne sprzęty, naczynia oraz przyprawy, herbata, miód i olej.

The location is very good, and having underground parking is definitely a plus.
Unfortunately, the apartment itself was disappointing. When we arrived, it had not been properly prepared for our stay. We had to find the bed linen ourselves and make the sofa bed. Even more unpleasant was the condition of the pillows and duvets, which were visibly dirty.
The towels were extremely old and worn out – more like cleaning rags than towels you would expect to be provided to guests. Cleanliness was also an issue: there was dust in the ventilation grille and hair left in the shower.
Several things were broken or poorly maintained: the toilet door handle, the shower head, and the balcony door. The balcony door did not close properly, resulting in very poor sound insulation and a lot of noise from outside. The most disappointing is that many customers claimed these defects before, but the host did not pay attention to the comments.
The underground parking itself is convenient, but the check-out procedure is poorly thought out. You need a remote control to open the garage gate, but the remote has to be returned to the apartment after you drive out. This means leaving the car outside, going back into the building and apartment to return the remote, and then coming back to the especially when travelling solo with luggage.
The communication with guests could also be much more welcoming. Immediately after booking and paying for our stay, the first message we received focused on the requirement to leave the apartment by 11:00, warnings about losing the keys, and the various charges and penalties that could apply. Of course, house rules and information about potential charges are necessary, but the tone and timing created a rather unpleasant first impression. Instead of feeling welcomed, we felt as though we were being warned in advance about everything we might do wrong.
This was particularly ironic considering the actual condition in which the apartment was provided to us: unprepared, insufficiently cleaned, with dirty bedding and several broken items.
