Lage war sehr nah an allem , LANXESS Arena nur 4 min mit der Bahn entfernt. Auch der Bahnhof nicht weit weg.
Früheres Check in ging aber wurde 21€ für 2 Stunden früherer Check in verlangt . Preis wurde mitgeteilt aber andere Hotelketten boten in der Vergangenheit das kostenlos an , da ja das Zimmer frei war.

Unweit des Zentrum mit lockeren Fußmarsch erreichbar
Personal im Frühstücksraum teilweise überfordert, auch im Umgang mit den Gästen . Frühstücksbüffet reichhaltig

The hotel is perfect, very clean and modern, and has left luggage facility free of charge if needed.
Although slightly out of the centre, this was not an issue as a short walk from the nearest u bahn station, as well as to many shops/restaurants etc.
The customer service was friendly and they were able to sort the issue with the tv (arranged for me to move rooms) and also replaced batteries in remote control - all without fuss :).
And the bar is open 24/7!

Lage perfekt für Köln.
Raum für 3 Personen leider etwas zu klein für angebliches 3 Bettzimmer. Und Schimmel in der Dusche.
