• Location: 5-minute walk to Ratchaprarop train-station, for easy transport to the BKK airport.
• Lots of shopping and food-outlets, surrounding this hotel.
• The room had TV, air-conditioner, clothes hangars, a safe, bottled water, etc.
• The bed was firm but it was comfortable for me, and I would just want to sleep more and more.
• Decent water pressure and hot-water would arrive slowly.
• The staff were helpful.
• No soap/toiletries included (I had my own soap and shampoo anyway).
• WiFi was patchy with frequent drops (maybe not hotel's fault, as the locality had a lot of SSIDs vying for the same channel spectrum)
• Sometimes you can hear people talk from outside the room, or from the corridors, but this did not bother me.
• Lots of over-crowding around the neighbourhood, due to tourists and shops

Room was very spacious for the price and location. Last time I stayed near Pratunam the room was very small. (Do check the room size measurement before booking). Aircond was very cold and cozy I liked it alot. The staff were friendly.
Due to constructions going on nearby, its quiet tricky for grab car to access but nonetheless the hotel was accessible enough to everything by walking. 7-Eleven just 2 steps away, foods and massages everywhere.

The location was strategic as it is easy to get around, a lot of yummy local food nearby so my tummy will always be full. Convenient for solo travelers as well :) My room was not bad for the price I paid!
The walls were a bit thin as I can hear people outside the walkway or people talking/showering at night. There are windows in my room but not functional.
