This beautiful two bedroom, two and a half bath townhome is located in Indialantic fl, walking distance from the beach! The downstairs is great for relaxing, grilling and hanging out on the patio! The upstairs has two master bedrooms, each with their own balcony. One faces the sunrise, the other faces the sunset! Full laundry available, and free parking on premises. This home is centrally located in Indialantic, close to everything to make you feel at home. Welcome to your home away from home!

Great stay walking distance to beach access and some local restaurants. A few recommendations though. The back porch area needs some repair work. The fence looks pretty well beaten and beginning to fall over which brings down the overall aesthetic. There is a security camera overlooking the back porch, I get that its for security but it feels very intrusive when we're just hanging out on the back porch. This is my biggest reason for taking a star. They could also use some blackout curtains in the bedroom. That sunrise shining through the balcony glass doors through the sheer curtains will definitely wake you up at first light. But overall great stay. I would book here again if returning to this area.

The unit was very clean and had everything you might need for a stay. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a 2 bed / 2.5 bath near the beach.

Clean, safe, quiet, and convenient. Laura is a terrific host and her place was perfect for our extended weekend trip. Easy access to the beach, Publix, and great eateries! Only improvement needed is the hot water runs out really fast in the morning for showers. Some recommendations are have brunch at The Blueberry Muffin for their blackened mahi benedict, catch the Sunday service at Rock Harbor Church, and enjoy a scoop of spumoni at Moo's Soft Serve.
