This immaculate space is furnished with new furniture throughout including four smart tv's. Your stay at OASIS gives you access to propane grill, beach chairs and umbrella, Kayaks, Standup paddle boards, and a private dock to soak in all the Florida sun or, throw in your fishing line.

As well as doubling the upstairs square footage adding two addition bedrooms for a total of three bedrooms including a master bedroom suite (6-8 guests). Custom grilling out living space next to pool and doubling the enclosed pouch area for viewing the amazing river sunsets. Between Melbourne and Vero, short walk to beach, bait shops nearby. Caught puffer, yellow tail and catfish from the dock. Thanks.....enjoyed it!
