Head up the stairs to the front door and enter into the spacious living room that is open to the dining area. Just off the dining area is a small balcony that is perfect for watching those gorgeous Florida sunsets. The remodeled kitchen may be small but it has everything you need to prepare full meals for the family. There is also a convenient half bath just off the living area. Head downstairs to find the two queen bedrooms and huge full bathroom. There is also a laundry room with full size washer and dryer.



One of the bedrooms has a back door with direct access to the back deck and open grass lot overlooking the canal.
