Both kitchenettes include a mini fridge, microwave, plug-in stove top and plenty of dishes, silverware and cookware for you to cook yourself a quick meal if you so choose. Need to get some work done while on your vacay? Make use of the designated work space in 604, equipped with 2 chairs, a power strip and ample natural lighting! Our guests will receive a personal smart lock code included in their arrival instructions. Getting Around: Yes, you are allowed to drive your car on the beach in Daytona! There are several vehicle access points along the Atlantic Avenue the closest being about 1 mile away from the condo complex. The best way to get around town would be by car, however, Uber and Lyft is readily available in the area. Other Things to Note: - This property is not pet friendly. Guests who bring a pet will be forced to leave with no refund - Smoking inside the unit will result in a $500 fine - Parking is free. One parking pass per unit will provided by visiting the front desk. - To access the unit, guests will receive a 6-digit code - There are no balconies for these units, there is however an ocean view visible from the windows in the units.
