A $450 fine will be assessed if we have to pick up cigarette butts on the property or fumigate the home for the following guest. No parties or public events of any kind. No eating or drinking in bedrooms. Please enjoy your meal in the dining room or outside. Dispose of the garbage in the trash bin and outside receptacles at check-out. Keep a close eye on your kids at all times. Curb your pets and comply with neighbors as far as barking complaints. Make sure to turn off the lights, air conditioning, and any electronics when you leave the house. Don’t forget to close the windows and lock the door. Also please turn the heat down to 55 when leaving. AC is off or set to 72 otherwise in warmer months. Report any problems in a timely manner and allow us to rectify the problem first.
