About the home “Bayview San Remo” is a delightful double-storey family home in San Remo just a short drive or comfortable walk from the beach and supermarkets, restaurants & cafés of San Remo. Some of the many features of this lovely home are detailed below: Indoor Areas Downstairs is the central second Living Room which provides access to Bedrooms 2 and 3 (each with BIR), a Bathroom (with shower), a separate Toilet, Bedroom 4 with WIR and ensuite (with shower & toilet) and a Laundry Room (with washing machine). Upstairs you'll be blown away by the stunning views! The huge open plan Kitchen/Dining/Living Room (with 65" smart TV) provides access to the front Balcony, Bedroom 1 with its own views, a WIR and ensuite (with shower & toilet) plus a separate Toilet. Outdoor Areas The upstairs covered Balcony (with table & chairs for 5) has uninterrupted delightful views to the water. Downstairs is the fully covered Open Garage (with gas BBQ and table & chairs for 10 people) that overlooks the enclosed block. Kitchen The fully appointed kitchen is equipped with cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery, microwave, Espressotoria pod coffee machine, toaster, kettle, etc. plus a double sink, fridge, dishwasher, electric oven and 900mm induction cook top. Heating/Cooling Systems There are six wall mounted reverse cycle airconditioners in the home; one in each of the four bedrooms, plus one in each of the upstairs Living Roomand downstairs Living Room. Bedding Configuration This home has 6 beds, and 1 sofa bed, accommodating up to 11 guests: Bedroom 1 (Upstairs): One Queen bed Bedroom 2 (Downstairs): Two Single beds Bedroom 3 (Downstairs): One Tri-bunk Bedroom 4 (Downstairs): One Queen bed Please note: The Tri-bunk has a double bed base with a single bed above it. Linen It is common in the region for some linen to be provided for bookings, and some linen to be available as an optional extra. By default, a booking at this home does not include optional linen (top & bottom sheets, bath towels and pillowcases). What is included are doonas (quilts) with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats. If you would like the optional linen included in your booking, please let us know, including which beds you would like it provided for. The additional cost would be a one-off charge of $30 per bed (some sites add a service fee to these costs) - and we prefer 7 days' notice prior to your arrival to get that arranged. Peak Periods Please note that during the peak summer period and other peak times, check in times are set as 3pm unless by prior arrangement. Please also note that if you avail of the optional linen hire over these times, it may involve linen being left out but beds not being made up. Functions, Celebrations and Schoolies Please note that the home is not suitable for celebrations, parties or large events. The home also does not take bookings over Schoolies.
