We had business meetings in RGV and this house was perfect for us. Very clean, well kept with plenty of parking and amazing backyard. Host communicated quickly and was a delight to work with. I’ll be booking this house again in the future.

Yvonne was great, understanding and accommodating. She modified our dates twice as things came up for our family. She was very quick to respond and very professional.
Our negatives for the accuracy of the description of the listing: the listing didn’t specify that one of the rooms was outside the main house (so we were unable to use it as we didn’t want our children in another building); and the fact that the jacuzzi was out of order. There was a Blackstone flat grill, however, there was no propane bottle included and the listing didn’t state that it wasn’t provided. The listing also didn’t state about there being cameras all over the property, however, we addressed this with Yvonne and she addressed all of our concerns.
Our negatives for cleanliness: Nothing major, but the outside grill was dirty, the outside brick oven had lots of cigarette butts and was not usable. There were bugs, so it could use an extermination, however, we did take account in Texas during that season, there will be an increase in bugs.
Overall the stay was great and the home provided just what we needed while visiting our family for the week. Would definitely recommend and would stay again.
