This home is attached to a 1-bedroom ADU. There is a local guest staying in this ADU. The ADU does not have access to the back yard. It is very private. The ADU and the home have a shared driveway. The living room's gas fireplace, smart TV, and oversized sofa lend themselves to family movie viewings, whereas the chef's kitchen displays a full suite of stainless steel appliances, gleaming countertops, and a sizable breakfast bar. A remote work station is also available in this space and down the hall. When all you want is a sweet beverage, the home's wet bar will come in handy. Down the hallway, the expansive primary suite boasts a fireplace, large TV, and spa-like bathroom. Moments of self-care will come with ease amidst the bathroom's jetted tub and large walk-in shower. Adorned with bohemian decorations, pops of color, high-quality linens, and central air - the additional three bedrooms are just as comfortable. The interior amenities extend to the designated exercise space and separate laundry area. Evenings under the twinkle lights can be spent gathered around the in-ground firepit's dancing flames. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. The pool can be heated for an additional $100/night. If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. No more dogs are allowed. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles. 1 day notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 100 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool heat for your stay. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
