The 36m2 apartment (+15 m2 mezzanine) freshly renovated and facing the dune, on the first floor of a small residence with balcony and bicycle storage will offer you all the comfort necessary for a perfect vacation. Restaurants, beach huts, mini golf, children's playground, sports course, tennis court, beach, Aquaparc and shops are located around the apartment. Reservation information: - Upon your arrival you will have to pay the deposit worth 400 euros (check given no later than 5 days after your departure). - Cleaning costs are not included, if you wish to benefit from them please let me know when booking, the costs are 40 euros. - Animals are allowed during your stay provided that they are up to date with their vaccinations, treated for fleas/anti-ticks and clean.
