This area is also of cultural and historical interest, and the towns of Bad Arolsen, Frankenberg, Waldeck and Bad Wildungen are well worth a visit. In winter you can go skiing and cross-country skiing in nearby Winterberg or Willingen. Let this marvellous region surprise you! You can also go on beautiful walks or cycling on mountain bikes to Fritzlar, Marburg, and Dillenburg.
