Coralita is a stunning waterfront apartment on the prestigious west coast of Barbados. Designed by Ian Morrison and inspired by classic Greek design, this apartment is unique and perfectly situated. Wake up to the sound of the ocean and sea turtles swimming steps from your door. Centrally located, the property is 2 minutes from the grocery store, 10 minutes from Holetown, 25 minutes to Bathsheba, and 5 minutes from the prestigious Sandy Lane. The space: This waterfront apartment, situated on the pristine Batts Rock Beach in Barbados, boasts crystal-clear waters and powdery white sand. Descend a staircase adorned with ancient corals to enter the shallow ocean, offering ideal swimming conditions in the serene aquamarine waters of the Caribbean. Depending on the sea level, a tidal beach may grace the front of the apartments, ensuring constant direct access to the water. Batts Rock Bay's beautiful sandy beach is just a 2-minute walk away, accessible either through the shallow sea or a brief stroll from the apartment. Coralita provides breathtaking 180-degree views, allowing guests to spot sea turtles, tropical fish schools, and distant cruise ships on the horizon. As one of the island's most beautiful and tranquil bays, catamaran cruises regularly anchor directly in front of the apartment, while jet skis and water sports can be easily flagged down for hire. The outdoor space features a splendid communal decked area with sunbeds beneath the shade of a palm tree. The apartment has two bedrooms, two shower rooms, a lounge kitchen and a balcony dining area that opens out from the lounge. The master bedroom has a beautiful large window overlooking both the sea and bay of Batts Rock beach - without a doubt one of the best views on the island. It's furnished with a queen-size bed and a large wardrobe with storage drawers. The shower room is located just outside the bedroom by the kitchen and has power points for hairdryers and razors. The second bedroom has 2 single beds, a wardrobe and multiple storage draws. The second shower room is en-suite and has power points for hairdryers and razors. Both rooms open out onto the main living area, have ceiling fans, and are air-conditioned. Kitchen is fully equipped and has a convection oven, full-sized fridge/freezer, coffee machine, and various other appliances. Free parking is available directly outside the building entrance and there is also free street parking. The large balcony is used as a sitting and dining area, perfect for candle lit dinners and watching turtles swim by. The sunsets are spectacular, and you have a front row seat watching the sun drop into the ocean. The spectacular roof terrace is accessed by a spiral staircase, from here you can see for miles and watch the hive of activity out on the water. This is a great spot for some intense sunbathing or an alfresco dinner under the stars. The roof terrace is furnished with 2 sun loungers and a table and chairs, there is also a small BBQ. Free parking is available directly outside the building entrance, along with complimentary street parking. Coralita's prime location in Barbados ensures convenient access to the island's finest restaurants, beaches, attractions, and nightlife. While a rental car is recommended, a nearby bus stop facilitates travel along the West Coast to Holetown, the South Coast, or Bridgetown. Checking in at Coralita is simple. Your entry key will be available to you in a coded lockbox. An updated entry code is available the day before check-in. This will be the only valid code.
