Lovely studio apartment in the heart of the pedestrian areas of PDC. Well located with cafes and restaurants very close by. A long walking distance to Walmart. This unit faces north, so it wasn’t as noisy as other units in the building (late night music and crowds). Suitable for one person or a couple. Any more would be crowded. Excellent Air Con, and water pressure in the shower was good. Occasionally ran short on hot water even after a short shower.
Very well outfitted, though the balcony furniture wasn’t comfortable to sit on.
Rooftop pool was a nice amenity, though property management didn’t clean the actual pool itself very often, and sometimes the water was murky.
Front desk staff were friendly and helpful when I accidently locked myself out of the unit. Livia was very helpful and accommodating in this issue.
Overall, I would stay here again! Very good value for money, great location, and comfortable unit.
