Watch the ducks in the pond, the monkeys in the trees, enjoy the beautiful resort style swimming pool& jacuzzi, and TENNIS COURT. Outdoor BBQ lounge area, property is secured by 24/7 groundskeeper lives at front of property Pura Vida! A true estate, the main house consists of 3 ensuite bedrooms, living spaces, kitchen and dining room with a massive terrace overlooking the duck pond and rolling hills of the property. The detached villas consist of two private ensuite rooms as well, making a total of 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, all en-suite plus an additional 6th bathroom with shower for pool and outdoor kitchen bar bbq area guests to use. There’s an outside BBQ lounge area near the swimming pool as well, and All is included in this unique rental property. The infinity edge pool has a large non heated jacuzzi to relax in. Guests have access to the entire property as advertised. Guests will also have access to hike the walking path to the rain forest and the 22 acres of property to explore and see the wildlife all around. Tennis court, sauna, pool with non heated jacuzzi and much more! There is a caretaker on site 24/7 very safe and secure. Host is available to assist with places to visit and tours in the area. This property is strategically located between Santa Teresa, Montezuma and Cóbano. Perfect for exploring the entire Southern Nicoya Peninsula! The house itself is tucked away deep within the 22 acre property, providing privacy and fantastic wildlife watching opportunities. We recommend a 4x4 vehicle, or at least a high clearance vehicle. We can help to arrange rentals for quads as well, the most fun way to explore! There is a gated entrance, The caretaker will open the gate in the morning before your activities and close the gate at night after your return. His house is close to the gate. He is there to provide you extra security.

We had the most amazing stay at this gorgeous estate. My wife and brought a group here and stayed for 5 days. It is an incredibly beautiful house, with two cabinas, a beautiful pool and incredible grounds. I would happily stay here again. We had everything we needed to have the time of our lives. Needing to escape the rain in Seattle, we stayed in February at this amazing estate home. There was so much to do at the estate (tennis, basketball, beautiful pool, outdoor BBQ área with TV, hammocks, etc, etc) that it was hard to leave! This is a true retreat, with greenery all around and birds chirping. Our favorite part was how spacious and private the grounds are. Definitely a plus if you are wanting to get out of the crowded tournist áreas. The home is beautifully furnished with comfortable beds.) There are many accomodations in the surrounding área, but none as beautiful as this. We will definitely return.

We loved our time in Montezuma and Quebrada Estate was a true getaway. The home is very lovely with high ceilings and extra large bedrooms with private baths. There are high end finishes throughout the home. Beds and linens were very comfortable -- something super important to us. We cooked most of our meals at the home in the fully equipped gourmet kitchen -- and enjoyed gathering eggs from the chicken and quail in the mornings. The wildlife on the estate is so fun to watch and listen to -- La Pura Vida! The setting is extremely private -- but you can be in town and at the beach in just minutes. We traveled with our children (ages 15, 9 and 7) and everyone enjoyed every minute of it and wished we could stay longer. The big terraces are the perfect place for relaxing and the pool is spectacular! Since we stayed it looks like the owners added a couple of rooms -- making it the ideal retreat for extended family or a group of friends. The owners, Jodi & Corlan, are awesome and helped plan a deep sea fishing excursion for my husband and sons -- which was an adventure they will never forget. They came home with three really good sized fish. Boys (and husband) were in heaven! A vacation to remember. Quebrada Estate is an excellent place to enjoy Montezuma in comfort and privacy. We would love to return!

This villa is truly a unique experience. It's like staying in your own private resort. We spent our Christmas here and the children (aged 4 and 6) loved it. It was very safe as there is a groundsman on the property. We had fresh eggs in the morning which the children loved. The house has everything you would need, very westernised and convenient. We managed to make a traditional Christmas dinner with all the trimmings. Jodi the owner was very helpful indeed and made sure our stay was comfortable and our needs met. Perfect for a family reunion or a lavish family holiday.

My family of seven stayed at this beautiful villa for a week. We found it the perfect place to reconnect, rest and rejuvenate! The photos and description don't do justice to the serenity and elegance of the surroundings. Our daily excursions to local beaches and the nearby towns were a great way to experience the friendly local lifestyle. Jodi and Corlan have done an amazing job delivering this piece of heaven to the jungles of Costa Rica. Jodi is exceptionally responsive to any email questions ... we could not have found a better place for our much-needed vacation!

With most vacations you accept when they come to an end. Not this one. If I ever wanted to call a place home this was it from the moment I stepped off the plane (pretty much in the middle of the jungle). The location was remote in how you would want your exotic vacation to be but not so remote that necessities were not available. Additionally there were resorts on the way to the property so you knew you weren't the only tourist around. Upon entering the gated property you see lush everywhere, not jungle grass, but manicured grass like you would see on a golf course (maybe it is jungle grass, regardless it looked good). Once you crest the hill you see the stables to the left and the basketball/Tennis court. Going down the hill the main property begins to come into view as well as the pond/lagoon. "I've made it, Im Home - I wish!" THE main property is and was amazing. The pictures tell all. Everything was clean and everything work perfectly. Even the beds were very comfortable. They have air conditioning but the nights were cool. WE spent a good deal of the day at the pool and the nights outside where the bar and media room were. This was a great area for BBQ'ing if that's your thing. This is truly resort living. Costa Rica was a place that by itself I felt fortunate to see. Staying where I did made it a once in a lifetime vacation and I believe the majority of those that stay here would agree. I don't like to oversell anything but I called my parents when I returned and told them it would make a good family trip. That's Crazy - I haven't done a family trip in 25yrs, you know I liked It !!! On a side note - This was a country that I felt very secure in. Most of the locals that we met spoke English or enough to get by and when you were in the small town of Montezuma you saw a lot of other tourist.

We went to this beach area house for 3 days with 4 adults and 4 children 5-12 years old. The property was amazing. Very well decorated. Vey well landscaped too! Fresh goat's milk and chicken eggs delivered to our door every morning from the animals living on the farm. Pool was great and lot's of privacy. We saw little monkeys in the trees when we left the sauna at about 7am. We all slept comfortably in the air-conditioned bedrooms. It was nice to have laundry on site and the kitchen and bar-bq areas were well supplied. The only complaint would be no tv in the main house. Though there was satellite tv by the bbq and tv room which is separated from the main house by the pool area. Montezuma beach is amazing, beautiful, and lots of tours there. The drive is 15 minutes away. 5 minutes to the main road and then 10 minutes to the beach road. The road is not asphalt but it is well kept and the scenery is nice along the way. Shop for groceries either before you go or you can pick up a few things in the town of Montezuma Beach. It was easy to find and I recommend it highly. We would go back again some day.

Wow! I was blown away by the beauty of this property. I felt like I was staying in a resort. The rooms are decorated so elegantly. Woke up to howler monkey's, birds & parrots in the mornings. There was a flowing creek in the jungle area that we explored just steps away from the main casa (wear boots). We spent our mornings on the huge upper veranda outside the kitchen dinning area having lait's to watch the day begin & make our plans. There's a lake across from the veranda with ducks to observe and a large BBQ area adjacent to the house & next to the pool with a TV and bar inwhich we spent a number of evenings hanging out with friends. It's all located very close to Cobano; for replentishment of supplies and checking out the farmers mkts. The beaches are pretty close too - Montezuma, Tambor & Santa Teresa. Great place to relax & celebrate life with friends. Loved the house cat - Ms Kitty.
