This coastal oasis promises a serene retreat to where the emerald waters meet sugar-white sands, creating a haven for relaxation and rejuvenation. This property is well situated for the entire family to enjoy a relaxing and fun vacation. Main suite has king bed, TV and private ensuite with walk-in shower, soaking tub, and walk in closet. Bedroom two has one queen bed, TV and large walk-in closet. Bedroom three has one queen bed and one twin, TV and walk-in closet. Bedroom four has two queen beds, TV and large closet area. The home also contains two additional roll-away beds that can be used in any room. There is a 5th bedroom area furnished with a bunkroom/game area, perfect for a kid's "lounge" area. This room has a full-size bunkbed that also includes a trundle (perfect to sleep 6 children or 3 adults). The TV in this area has an arcade game center included. Additional board games and books in room for the kiddos to play while the adults have fun. Kitchen has eat-in bar that seats four and dining room tables seats another eleven. Appliances are all stainless steel and kitchen comes with assortment of pots, pans, cooking utensils, plates, glass ware, etc. Downstairs game room is also the large garage. Back doors can be rolled up for access to canal area and outside living area. Game room consists of foosball table that also converts to a pool table, and dartboard. Cornhole included that can be set up in the canal area. Outside living patio area off main deck has outside seating area, a couple lounge chairs and picnic table that overlooks the canal. Downstairs outdoor living area has a seating area, and access to downstairs game room via roll up doors. There is also a sand beach area for the kids to plan or just to chill out in the sun over-looking the water. Property comes with two Kayaks that can be taken out into the sound area via access from the canal. Beach chairs, beach cart, and umbrellas included. Beach access is short walk from the house - about five-minute walk. Property also has a boat lift and jet ski lift that can be accessed via additional cost. There is also a jet ski pad that is available for use. If bringing a boat will need to know full weight to make sure that lift can accommodate the boat.
