Enjoy a bright, well-kept beach retreat at N117, perfectly positioned overlooking the lake — truly such a stunning view. Quick golf-cart ride from all Ocean Lakes amenities. This home sleeps 7 and features a queen bedroom plus a full-over-twin bunk room, offering plenty of comfort for families.
The living area is open and inviting, with a fully equipped kitchen and everything you need for a relaxed stay. Outside, enjoy covered parking and a cozy deck space to unwind after a beach-filled day.
Our team maintains the home with care, ensuring a clean, comfortable experience every visit.
The kitchen is equipped with all you need to make your family a home cooked meal or to entertain guests.
This home offers a Washer/Dryer, Dishwasher, and Gas Grill (We do not supply fuel for the grill)
This home comes with a standard 4 Passenger golf cart. OUR GOLF CARTS ARE NOT PERMITTED OUTSIDE OF OCEAN LAKES, No one under the age of 21 is permitted to drive our golf carts.
**Richeson Properties charges a third party fee if you book through VRBO and we also charge a credit card processing fee if you use a credit card to pay for your booking.
Ocean Lakes amenities include nearly 1 mile of Oceanfront property, 24 hour gated security, Large Swimming Pool, water park including Lazy River, children's splash zone, water slides, indoor pool, arcade, mini golf, basketball courts, sand volleyball courts, horseshoes, corn toss, fishing, scheduled activities, ping pong, family ceramics, 3 playgrounds, nature center, Sandy's Meet and Eat, and much more!

The home was very clean and cozy. Our host was very timely with any questions I had before and during our stay. I would highly recommend booking this home. The kids especially loved fishing off of the back deck.
