Spent 4 nights with a couple of friends while in town for TIAA competitions. Condo was exactly what we were looking for. Close to the boardwalk, convenience store right next door and off-street parking. The place was super clean, even the building hallways. We didn't use the laundry facilities but was nice to know they were there if we had needed them. Beds were comfortable and the patio had a nice furniture set so we were able to enjoy time outside. Nicole was very responsive to our questions. The pool wasn't open as it was too early in the season, but it looked like a nice area. We have already spoke with some other Moms about booking here again next year.

We really enjoyed our stay here for 5 nights. We came for the Beach Blast soccer tournament and extended our stay for some extra family time. There was plenty of space for my kids and mom. We were able to rent an electric scooter for my mom to get around and there was space to keep it in the condo. The balcony was perfect for relaxing and enjoying the beach and ocean view. The condo is well kept and clean and the host was very responsive with any questions. Cons: cant take the luggage carts to the room, scooter was difficult to get to and from the room because there are 2 doors to get through and difficult for my mom to do on her own while on the scooter, parking area is low so we had to remove our cargo carrier before parking and store it in the condo; long walk to the main area of the boardwalk None of the above items would deter me from staying here again. We had a great time!

The unit was clean & pleasant BUT lacked many things. The paper products lasted two days. There were not enough dishes, silverware or glasses. The shower heads vibrate and sounded like a fire alarm. The shower drain in the master bedroom was clogged and you were standing in two inches of water when you finished. The owner should pay more attention to his property.
