The property was clean and the bed and furniture were comfortable.
We were told we were approved for early check in and to be there at 2pm. After idling in our car in a rain storm for 45 minutes, the cleaner finally gave us the key. Little did we know if wasn’t the right key, which resulted in us being locked out in the middle of a rain storm for almost 45 minutes later that evening. The “Sea View” was a joke, you can only see a sliver of it in between the cabins in front of you/it. And the hot tub smelled SO bad…we had to get out and immediately bathed because it smelled like rotten trash. After ALL of that, the facility never even offered to compensate us for all the issues. Would not recommend and will not be staying again.
