Friendly and personal service The staff were all very friendly and helpful and no request for assistance was a problem for them. Very nice staff and service.

I come to Delhi often, and so far that hotel have acceptable rooms, working TV and AC in a good condition, fair cleanliness but again it's Delhi and the bed sheets were dirty with body hair, stains and a real bad smell! I'm old enough to distinguish if sheets are fresh or not because even if there are permanent stains you can tell if bed sheets have been washed ! it's always the same story in some places of India the lack of respect for clients, letting guests sleep on the same bed sheets as the previous guest it's disgusting and unhygienic !! tourists can forgive a broken TV or the dust under the bed but NOT dirty sheets, when you'll start to understand that, you'll start to win respect and succeed otherwise you will just keep going down.
