Communication with the host was excellent. The room is nicely decorated and the bed was very comfy. We enjoyed our stay.
A low note is soundproofing, you hear everything from other rooms next-door or on top, and from the window/road. Shower gel/shampoo can be improved too (we had only two very small shower get sachets and 2 mini soaps).

Je m’étais trompée dans ma réservation et j’ai demandé un changement au dernier moment. Tout a été géré sans aucun souci. Ils ont été très réactifs, compréhensifs et arrangeants.
La chambre était comme toujours propre, confortable et agréable. Un grand merci pour votre professionnalisme. Je recommande sans hésiter ! 👍

Spacious nicely furbished room. Comfortable, available parking. At the end the check-in procedure turned out smooth.
For Mons, location is very convenient if you have a car.- I am not sure if I felt the same with public transpietation.
There were some misunderstandings about payment of reservation fee and safety deposit - maybe they don't deal frequently via booking but direct reservations. At the end it was evened out but there was some unnecesary messaging here and there.

Très belle décoration. Super ambiance lumineuse et une odeur très zen . Grande salle de bain
Très mauvais emplacement, devant une grande route très fréquentée et ça roule vite .. tv ne fonctionne pas.. et le lit ( même si très grand et confortable) bouge à cause des pieds .
