La palestra ha diversi pesi e buone macchine. I due tapis roulant sono stati rotti per 28 giorni. Ultimo giorno è stato aggiustato uno. Molta sicurezza. Doccia grande, acqua calda sempre disponibile e ottima pressione acqua.
Ho pagato 2100 USD per 28 giorni. All’arrivo viene richiesta una caparra di 500 USD in contanti. Su Booking.com è scritto che verrà restituita in contanti dopo un’ispezione al check-out.
Quando consegno i contanti, mi viene detto che l’ispezione sarà fatta dopo la mia partenza e che i soldi mi verranno restituiti via PayPal. Faccio notare che questo non corrisponde alle condizioni pubblicate e che un’ispezione senza la mia presenza non permetterebbe alcuna contestazione. Solo dopo molte insistenze accettano di farla prima, come se fosse una concessione.
Ci accordiamo per sabato alle 10:00 (check-out lunedì). Sabato non si presenta nessuno; dopo numerosi messaggi e una telefonata, arrivano alle 11:40, senza scusarsi.
L’ispezione è eccessivamente pignola, controllando asciugamani, infissi e persino l’interno del frigorifero. I 500 USD vengono restituiti, ma mi viene detto che il conto dell’elettricità arriverà successivamente. Al check-in avevo chiesto come poter monitorare i consumi, ma mi è stato risposto che non è possibile e che il costo può essere 100 come 400 USD, senza alcuna trasparenza.
In 28 giorni nessun cambio di lenzuola o asciugamani: viene fornito un solo set di lenzuola, 2 asciugamani doccia e 2 piccoli, del tutto inadeguati per un soggiorno di un mese. Pulizia molto approssimativa.
Nonostante il prezzo elevato, mancano anche le dotazioni di base: in cucina solo due calici, per di più di colori diversi, e nessun piatto fondo, diversamente da quanto mostrato nelle foto su Booking.com (li ho comprati io e lasciati).
Piscina al piano terra sempre all’ombra e appartamento senza privacy, facilmente visibile dall’esterno, a meno di tenere le tende sempre chiuse.
Ho chiesto uno stendibiancheria, mi è stato risposto che non era possibile, nonostante quasi tutti gli altri appartamenti ne siano dotati.
Per l’energia elettrica mi sono stati chiesti 26 USD, senza aver mai usato aria condizionata, forno o microonde, ma solo luci, TV e piano cottura.

Communicatie is een ramp!
Helaas moet ik ook een slechte review plaatsen, niet omwille van de locatie, de voorzieningen, vriendelijkheid van het personeel (zeker aan de bar bij het zwembad boven) en het appartement maar zoals al eerder beschreven de service van het verhuurbedrijf zelf. Ik dacht toch het voordeel van de twijfel te geven en toch te boeken. Mijn vriend en ik verbleven hier voor een maand om te werken en vakantie te vieren. Het appartement zelf was daar ideaal voor: ruim, goed internet, alle benodigdheden in de keuken, een groot balkon, … Alles wat je nodig hebt. Recht tegenover de supermarkt en 10 min lopen van het strand. Ook de twee zwembaden waren fantastisch!
Maar helaas is de communicatie echt vreselijk. Het inchecken ging bij ons heel vlot maar uit uitchecken was een drkama. Degene die zou komen controleren op schade om de waarborg terug te krijgen stuurde eerst een hele tijd niet terug. Uiteindelijk toch reactie gekregen. Bij het controleren was alles in orde maar ze wilde onze waarborg niet terugbetalen in cash zoals wij het gegeven hadden maar terugstorten. Hier gingen we niet mee akkoord. Na veel discussie is ze uiteindelijk het cash geld gaan halen. Uiteindelijk kregen we bij het uitchecken ook nog eens te horen dat er extra servicekosten bijkomen voor water en elektriciteit en moesten we nog eens 140 euro extra betalen. Dit stond nergens in de mail, nergens op Booking.com en ook weer na veel discussie omdat we weg moesten toch maar betaald. Belachelijk! Vandaar ook dat ik deze accommodatie maar een 1 geef want ik wil niemand hier opnieuw teleurgesteld laten worden zoals ons. De congerge was ook helemaal niet vriendelijk. Jammer dat ze aan communicatie niets doen want anders was het echt een prima verblijf. En veel mensen zullen denken een 1 is overdreven maar ik voelde me echt opgelicht. Ik hoop dat ze geschrapt worden bij booking.com want ze gaven booking.com de schuld dat het niet duidelijk vermeld stond in de advertentie maar dat moeten ze natuurlijk zelf doen. Ohja en als laatste tijdens de controle had een ander personeelslid een brandblusser bij, maakte snel een foto voor de controle en nam die daarna weer mee, dit is toch wel heel raar?
