This custom built, dog-friendly beach house, which is adjacent to both Boardwalks 1 and 2, features quick & easy access to North Beach within the gated community of Seabrook Island. The interior features of The Porches are equally fabulous, with a well-stocked chef's kitchen, a sunroom with floor-to-ceiling windows and multiple gathering areas throughout the home. To enhance the views and capture the breathtaking Lowcountry sunlight, the house was built in 2021 with a reverse floor plan design. The kitchen, dining area, living room, sunroom and master suite are located on the upper level of the home and the remaining four bedrooms and bathrooms are located on the lower level of the home. Four of the five bedrooms within the home have access to a covered porch. Seabrook Island is a gated community on a Lowcountry barrier island that is 45 minutes from downtown Charleston.
