Experience breathtaking panoramic views of Broadway Lake and enjoy a restful night on a PREMIUM queen Tempur-Pedic mattress complete with an adjustable bed frame that includes MASSAGE modes for added relaxation and personalized comfort. Our lakefront retreat offers everything you need for a relaxing stay, including GOURMET-READY KITCHEN, updated appliances like a gas stove, microwave, washer, and dryer. Stay entertained with 2 LARGE FLAT-SREEN TVs featuring Roku, Netflix, Paramount and Video Games and reclining sofas. With very FAST and RELIABLE WiFi and a dedicated workspace, our home is also ideal for digital nomads looking for a serene setting.

Our beautiful WATERFRONT property features a private DOCK, a CANOE/pirogue for two (with life jackets provided), a HAMMOCK, an outdoor FIRE PIT, and a GAS BBQ, perfect for creating unforgettable memories. Relax in multiple seating areas along the lake while sipping your morning coffee or enjoying sunset cocktails. Dive into the waters for a refreshing swim, fish right from the dock, take a peaceful row around the lake, or even bring your own boat for endless adventures.

Tucked away in the woods and surrounded by only a handful of small houses, our retreat offers the ultimate privacy while still being conveniently located. Enjoy the natural beauty of the area and take advantage of the walking distance to a local park, a public GOLF course, and the popular Raines on Broadway Restaurant & Bar, which features a stunning outdoor area overlooking the lake and serves delicious food and drinks.
A quick10 min drive and you are downtown Anderson known as the "City of Hospitality" and the "Friendliest City in South Carolina", with its historic downtown with breweries, bars, restaurants, and a park for events.

Cozy place to call home for the weekend while visiting our kids in Anderson. Hosts were very communicative thru the entire process. Kitchen well-stocked with everything we needed. Views were wonderful in the morning overlooking the lake.
