As you step into our meticulously renovated home, you'll notice the care and attention poured into preserving the charm of its 1925 Craftsman heritage. No detail has been overlooked in the restoration, which seamlessly blends vintage aesthetics with modern comforts. Our home is a cozy retreat sprinkled with original artwork that proudly showcases Klamath Falls' vibrant artistic community. Every piece tells a story, creating an immersive experience that goes beyond mere accommodation. Feel the pulse of local creativity as you relax in the stylishly furnished living room, bedrooms, or enjoy reading a book in the sunlit breakfast nook. Enjoy the fully equipped, beautifully designed chefs’ kitchen with plenty of space for cooking. You may hear faint train or street noises, but we provide white noise machines to mitigate. Our home is located close to the high school; you may see students walking around. The thermometer upstairs controls the AC- which is for the upstairs unit only. The thermometer downstairs controls the heat for the whole house. Please note, there is no AC unit downstairs, but it stays cool. The max temperature it gets on a hot day is 73. We will provide fans downstairs if you would like to keep it cooler. Some guests have requested specific check out instructions. However, we understand many of you are on vacation and traveling. The last thing we expect is for you to have a check list of cleaning tasks! We ask that you leave the place as you would a dear friend (do not trash the home and pick up after yourself!) If you wish to help out you can do the following, but DO NOT feel obligated. -Strip the beds -Put linens in the washer -Do the dishes/load dishes - Clean and wipe debris off countertops Our goal is for you to have a relaxing vacation and not have to worry about tedious check out instructions. IMPORTANT: Check out time is at 10:00 A.M. Our cleaners are usually at the property at 10:00 A.M. Unless communicated otherwise, anybody who has not left the property by 10:01 A.M will be charged a late check out fee of $90. All guest will assume the responsibility of ensuring they have left the property by 10:00 A.M. We provide clocks in the home as a convenience for our guests and this should not be used as the primary source for check out time. Please double check your personal devices to ensure you leave the property on time. Unless communicated in advance, there will be no exceptions to this rule. - This is a residential neighborhood, please observe the quiet hours. - Booking guests MUST be present.
