Petit studio coquet, bien placé

Le contact pour la récupération des clefs a été très bien. Je devais partir très tôt le vendredi, 4h15, j'ai pu laisser les clefs dans une boîte à clefs. L'appartement est coquet mais petit, mais pour y dormir et y passer quelques heures c'est amplement suffisant. Il était très bien placé par rapport à l'étéblissement de mon client, à 5 minutes à peine. Le logement se situe à quelques dizaines de minutes à pied du centre, de restaurants, etc. ou alors il y a le tram juste devant pour y aller plus vite. J'ai personnellement tout fait à pied, c'était très agréable en cette saison (09/2026), même tard le soir.

J'ai dormi fenêtre ouverte, le quartier est relativement bruyant la nuit mais cela n'a rien à voir avec l'hôte. Aussi bien pour l'accès aux toilettes qu'à la douche il ne faut pas être costaud, c'est petit :-). Il y aurait quelques petits travaux à faire (tablette de la fenêtre, mitigeur de l'évier) mais rien de dramatique.
