Large full length and width window with fantastic water views. Located not far from ferry. Clear instructions on getting there, and getting in.
Our apartment on level 4 was a small place, with not much storage space. One flight of stairs from the ground up to the entrance - there was a chair lift up, but there was a cover over the chair and we werent sure it would work for suitcases so we had to carry ours up.
Ventilation was poor, so there was a humidity issue: each time we had a shower, the entire window would get heavy condensation all over it. Humidity was worse after we cooked dinner and used the dish washer or briefly opened the window for fresh air (we didnt do this again after we realised it made the humidity worse!). The floor near the window was damp the whole time we were there, with permanent condensation around the frame and on the floor. The silicon beading around the window had mould growing in places due to the moisture. It felt like we were in the tropics at times, everything felt so damp. The previous place we stayed in did not have this issue, and it was just as rainy and cold, so you cant even blame it on the weather.
There was a heated towel rail in the shower, unfortunately it wasnt working, so our bath towels stayed damp the entire time.
A hook for the kitchen and hand towels would been good, as there wasnt much space to put these things. The ironing board didnt fit in any of the cupboards, so had to rest against the window glass. The bed had one very thin pillow per person that were not comfortable to sleep with.
It was ok for one or two nights but not longer.

Big (we had the triple one), clean studio with fully equiped kitchen. Very convenient location (15 mins bus ride to Gamla Stan - Center) with No 55 buss stop 20 m from the studio and another 2 stops just 10 mins walk. Even the boat stop is 10 mins walk.

Handy location for short ferry ride to centre. Modern property. Clean.
The furnishings were basic and uncomfortable eg headboard very hard, chairs unpadded, bedside tables too small, towels small and thin. And no wardrobe, only pegs and a kind of half clothes rack in a kitchen unit. Crockery shelves so high up I couldn’t reach them. And no real directions on how to reach thevprooerty. Especially the fact that access from ferry quay is very steep with many many steps. Really struggled with our luggage. Eventually we found a well hidden public lift after a few days why didn’t the owner tell us about this? Minimum effort to provide a comfortable and welcoming stay.
