I truly loved the staff, especially my brother at the reception and the lady responsible for the floor I stayed on. They surrounded me with their care and kindness. I only felt truly comfortable with them, as if I were among my own family.
The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the whole experience was amazing. I will stay with them every time I visit Thailand. They are a wonderful representation of beautiful Thailand and the true meaning of hospitality.

The hotel is next to the Samitivej Hospital which has a market outside it, stalls selling knick-knacks, and inside it, pharmacies, coffee shops, snack shops, etc.
The 9 Residence Hotel was supposed to be about 15 minutes away from Rajamangala Stadium when walking but it was really more like 30 minutes and the route to get there was complicated; I had to take the motorbike (100 Baht) to get there and it took about 10 minutes. Breakfast was a large cup of latte, toast with omelette and yoghurt - that was all - I should have got breakfast at the Samitivej Hospital next door. Toiletries were shower caps, toothpaste and toothbrush, and bottled handwash, shampoo and shower gel.
