The apartment facilities were excellent - clean, secure, private. Everything was provided so it's great for us as we didn't have to worry about bring towels, shampoo, etc. I love the mini balcony option - the one in the living room is really mini but our entrance was private so it was like having another balcony at the front door. Both were perfect for some fresh air enjoyment in the mornings.
The tram station is about 5 mins away on foot so really convenient. Also supermarkets and a street food corner if you like gyros or kebabs, and Subway. Breakfast just across the road at the Cafe Kant (ours was inclusive of breakfast). And going into the city centre for attractions and shopping is just 1 tram (M3) so perfect for getting around.
No parking for our car but there's a public car park less than 10 mins away on foot.
The property is so easily accessible to everything that's essential, and yet it's not on a noisy street, so our stay was nice and quiet. And with the door code, we never had to worry about bringing/losing the room key :)
Not for those who want to drive around the city. Parking is not at the property.

I like the functionality of everything in the property. It had all the appliances you need in a home unit. They are extremely clean and practical.
The facility did not have a restroom in the reception.

Stayed at other Numa properties in different cities and really appreciated how easy everything has been, which is why we chose this for our Copenhagen stay. The prices are great and I love being able to store my luggage before and after my stay.
We were not able to get into the property for hours, even after getting a notification that it was ready for check-in, because the PIN code was not working. The first point of contact is an incredibly useless AI chatbot and it took about half an hour to even connect to an actual human, so not too sure about how reliable this is in an actual emergency. The room itself was fine, there were some stains on the bedding and one of the kitchen cabinets was missing a door (we were informed about this in advance but it still left a sour taste). I think it’s important to note that some of the rooms are on the ground floor! As someone with an anxiety disorder I found it incredibly difficult to stay in a room that was directly accessible from the outside of the building, especially one with a PIN that clearly has malfunctioned already and a door that’s impossible to lock from the inside. Unfortunately, customer services were not
particularly helpful when I asked about the possibility of switching rooms. We still would recommend Numa, but there’s some things that could have made the stay much better and not having to argue with AI before speaking to a real person would have definitely helped the situation.
