The house is spread out over three levels, each with its own kitchen and living area, as well as three bedrooms, providing plenty of space for everyone to relax and unwind. The open air architecture and large balconies allow for a tropical breeze to flow throughout the house, and the rooftop boasts an ocean view and a plunge pool for guests to enjoy. The house is located in a gated community with 24-hour security, ensuring that you can relax and feel safe during your stay. Step out of your living room and into the front yard pool, which is shared with the other Castillo on the property. There is also an outdoor shower to rinse off the sand from the beach. There is an old one in the house but it does not function. Keep in mind that we do not provide any groceries, drinking water or other beverages for you other than, oil, salt, pepper; so please arrange to make a shopping run for groceries at Chedraui or Walmart. Its an easy 2 minute cab ride. We do provide hand soap and dish soap with sponges and towels, also shampoo in the showers with a beach towel and bath towel for each guest. *All properties require a security deposit payment after the reservation is booked ($1500usd). This can be made by a full refundable payment of the deposit, or by paying for a nonrefundable insurance policy. ($59usd) This transaction takes place after a reservation has been confirmed and paid and will be separate from the reservation payment. VRBO insurance does not cover this.
