Located in the gated community of Treetop Village in Seacrest Beach, enjoy a private forested setting, deeded beach access with tram service, and nearby Regional Beach Access at the Southend of Orange Street! Guests will love this home’s outdoor shower and the quick walk to local shops and restaurants. A bright and beguiling exterior greets guests upon arrival at this 3-story home. Curl up on the front porch’s cushioned seating to welcome the morning with a cup of coffee. Inside, hardwood floors and soothing colors seamlessly combine the open concept great room. In the living space, a shiplap wall accents the streaming-equipped TV, and a comfortable sectional and armchairs offer seating for the whole group. The kitchen is a chef’s dream with quartz countertops and high-end appliances—making it easy to gather for a shared meal at the 8-person dining table. There are 4 additional seats at the breakfast bar. On the back deck, delight in an evening cookout with the natural gas grill and dine under the setting sun at the 4-person outdoor table. An outdoor shower makes rinsing off post-beach a breeze. For sleeping accommodations, there is a queen sleeper sofa. Take the winding staircase up to the second floor to find 2 primary bedrooms with a king bed and private bathroom. The third level has a bunk room with 3 full-over-full bunk beds and a guest bedroom with a king bed. An extra sleeping area includes a twin daybed with a twin trundle. Enjoy quick beach access and a serene setting for a Seacrest Beach vacation at Turquoise Turtle. Easily explore the area with parking for 4 vehicles and 4 complimentary adult bikes. Guests can choose between 2 beach accesses. The first is in the Villas at Sunset Beach, directly south of Seacrest Beach and accessible via bike or Seacrest Beach Tram Service. The second is Inlet Beach Regional Beach Access, about a 5-minute drive. Book this beautiful beach home today! SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS: (SLEEPS 16): FIRST FLOOR: - Additional Sleeping Area: Queen Sleeper Sofa SECOND FLOOR: - Primary Bedroom: King Bed, Private Bathroom with Shower Only - Primary Bedroom: King Bed, Private Bathroom with Shower Only THIRD FLOOR: - Guest Bedroom: King Bed, Private Bathroom with Shower Only - Guest Bedroom: 3 Full-over-Full Bunk Beds, Shared Bathroom with Shower/Tub Combo - Additional Sleeping Area: Bonus Room, Twin Day Bed with Twin Trundle Bed *Starting September 2023- Golf cart rentals are not allowed in the Treetop Community *We are happy to welcome up to 2 dogs, not to exceed the weight limit of 50lbs for an additional non-refundable pet fee of $400. *Guests who are 25 years of age or younger must be accompanied by a responsible parent or guardian in any vacation rental managed by Callista by 360 Blue. We do not rent homes to those 25 years of age or younger who are unaccompanied by a responsible parent or guardian. Moreover, there must be a ratio of at least (1) parent or guardian over the age of 25 for every four (4) young adults who are 25 years of age or younger.
