Designed with an open floor plan, as you step inside, you'll be greeted by a furnished and charming space featuring a sofa where guests can relax after a long day exploring the city, a convertible sofa, a TV to watch all their favourite shows, a dining table where you can dine with loved ones and access to a private furnished backyard, perfect for relaxing. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you will need to whip up a delicious meal. There are three bedrooms. The first bedroom has a double bed, the second has an extra-large king bed, and the final has a single bed. All beds come with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort. The bathroom contains all the essentials for your convenience, including a bathtub. Clean towels and complimentary toiletries will also be provided for your convenience. I live close by and am happy to help whenever I'm around, but when I'm not, there is a 24/7 on-call concierge service that can assist you any time of the day. The property is an 18-minute walk to Eden Park station. Meanwhile, East Croydon train station is a 10 minutes drive from the house. Via this station, you can reach London Bridge (14 minutes), Victoria (14 minutes), Gatwick (20 minutes). The nearest bus stop (Homer Road) is an 8-minute walk from the house. Heathrow Airport is a 1 hour and 5 minutes drive from the house. This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.). Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee. We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
