Bedroom #1 is located on the ground level with a Queen bed, full bath and access to the outdoor shower. Take the steps or the elevator to the second floor which opens to a Great Room that features floor-to-ceiling windows, a balcony, screened porch for outdoor entertaining, a large farm table that seats 10 for family or elegant dining and a comfortable living area with fireplace. The Great Room features an open chef's kitchen with Viking appliances, island seating for 6 and a pantry.
