Thank you so much for a wonderful experience Fred and Nita. You are amazing hosts! Your tiny house is beautiful, cozy, and extremely comfortable. We did some hiking at Caloosahatchee Regional Park and enjoyed the dock and hot tub! We wish we had more days here but look forward to visiting again.

Fred and Nita are great hosts. Very friendly and helpful! Adorable guest cottage. We love relaxing on their dock and watching all the boats on the river. This place is extremely clean and feels very secluded, quiet and safe.

Our stay was the absolute highlight of our trip! The owners were so gracious and respectful. They were on site yet gave us so much privacy. The Studio was adorably decorated and so comfortable. The dock was where we spent nearly every waking moment from coffee to cocktails this was our oasis. The water was so relaxing, lots of wildlife, beautiful boats and breath taking sunsets. We enjoyed the hot tub which sits on the dock and wow what a great way to end our day! The landscaping and flowers were stunning and so tropical.If you want to escape and check out of life this is the place. Close to shopping, restaurants, and breweries should you want to leave this beautiful property. You will literally think you are driving out to the country traveling here. Only an hour from the RSW airport. It is a 10/10!
