There is a smart lock on the door. You will be given a code on the day of check in. Upon entering the main house, you'll find yourself on a landing that opens up to the upstairs living area where other residents live. This shared entrance means you might occasionally see the friendly upstairs residents on your way to your private basement apartment. A stairway takes you down to a securely locked door to your apartment—enter with your personal check-in code. Although the apartment doesn't have a dedicated thermostat, its basement location ensures it stays cool during summer and comfortably warm in winter, thanks to the provided space heater. The interior boasts an open-plan design with a combined living room and kitchen space. The bedroom is outfitted with a full-size Purple bed and includes a desk and chair for work or study. A laundry area and a full bathroom, equipped with a stand-up shower and bidet, complete the space. For peace of mind, you'll receive two sets of keys, ensuring secure access to both the apartment and the individual bedroom. You will have access the the entire private locked basement apartment. A fee of $100 per day, per person will be charged. The exterior side entrance is under camera surveillance for security. Lost keys will incur a $100 replacement charge. We enforce a firm no-smoking and no-vaping policy indoors. Violations will result in cleaning and remediation charges beginning at $1000. Pets are not allowed within the premises. Any evidence of pets will lead to dander and cleaning fees starting from $500.
