Residenza Montecatini is a modern apartment located on the 1st floor of a building (without elevator) in a residential area of Montecatini Terme, near the historic funicular that connects the town with Montecatini Alto. Completely renovated, the apartment can accommodate up to 4 people, and is only accessible externally by climbing a staircase. You are welcomed by a lovely living area, furnished with: air conditioning, a double sofa bed, dining table and small kitchen (equipped with stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, and toaster). From the living area you can direct access to a covered terrace, provided with a breakfast table, ideal for alfresco meals while enjoying the splendid view of the surrounding landscape. Following you will find a bathroom with shower, and a double bedroom with a lovely terrace with synthetic grass and some seats. Free parking is available along the street. No pets allowed. Prices and conditions Included in the price: Utilities (water, gas, electricity); welcome kit (consisting of some fruit, bottled water and a bottle of sparkling wine). Excluded from the price: Final cleaning (60.00€). Tourist tax if required (the amount usually varies, depending on location, from 0.50€ to 4.00€ per person per night for a maximum of seven nights, excluding minors, and will be paid upon arrival). Security deposit: Customers are required to pay 350.00€ security deposit (credit card), which will be returned at the end of the stay upon any damages.
