Situated in Dubrovnik, this lovely house for $446 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. Our 3 bedroom, 2 bath home, newly renovated, is within the Old Town on a quiet residential street. Enjoy your own private terrace within the Old Town walls. Have early morning coffee and evening drinks as you barbecue outside. This Granary House with Terrace was renovated in the summer of 2015 has combined two small buildings connected by a stone staircase into one larger home. The building is air conditioned and designed to the most modern standard including high speed internet. Two bedrooms have queen sized beds (160x200cm) and one bedroom has two individual beds (90x200cm). We are easy to find as we are located across from the Ethnographic Museum "Rupe". It was really neat to be in the old town, steps away from all the shops and restaurants. And at the same time, the place was amazingly quiet and not right on top of all the tourists. (There were a couple of flights of stairs to get there, but that is pretty normal in the old town unless you want to be more noisy in the middle.) We cooked in one night and took advantage of the well appointed apartment. The place is multi-level, probably not good for small children, but great for kids and adults. Ivana was a great host and gave us several key tips on great restaurants, coffee places, and bars. She left us a nice local bottle of wine as well. Thank you Ivana, we had a great time!

This was a perfect distance away from all the noise of Old Town but not too far away either. And they multi-level set up was perfect for our group with everyone wanting a little bit of space after a long day exploring.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Granary House. The house configuration worked very well for our group of six, with three bedrooms on three separate floors. The patio off the kitchen was a lovely place coffee, lunch, or a beer at the end of the day. The property was clean and exquisitely furnished. The location, in Old Town Dubrovnik, was close to restaurants, shops, and the harbor. Ivana was very helpful before and during our stay, providing information and recommendations re: places to visit. I highly recommend this property.

Dream location
What a fantastic home!! The house is just steps to shops, restaurants, bakeries and of course old town! Not to mention our wonderful host set us up with a very nice driver that met us at the airport after two frustrating days of canceled flights, plane changes and lost luggage!!! It was nice to see a friendly face! Thank you for wonderful stay.

Beautiful home in Dubrovnik
This was an absolutely amazing home. Ivana was very welcoming and accommodating, even helped carry luggage up the stairs the get to the apartment. It's beautifully redone and has a wonderful terrace to enjoy some wine and coffee on. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

The apt was rebuilt recently and is very testfull and well equipped with all the items to make a very easy and comfortable stay. Everything works well and it was stocked with food and drinks that we could use.
Ivana was great, very efficient and pleasant to work with, and provided us with great info about the city and things to do, when we checked in.
The only comment which is mentioned both on the description of the place and other reviews, is the lack of railing in the inside stairs, which doesn't make is suitable for young children, and the stairs to get to the apt and inside the apt, which can be an issue for some.
We highly recommend the place and will stay there again.

Amazing place to stay in Old Town Dubrovnik!
Granary House was even better than it looked in pictures. Immaculately clean, roomy, had modern amenities and a beautiful terrace. Ivana was a great hostess. She arranged for our ride from the airport then met us to walk us to the house. Gave us great suggestions for restaurants etc. Plus, when one of our party got an ear ache (from cliff diving) Ivana gave us the information of a local clinic for tourists. She was terrific!

Everything we'd hoped for and more!
This little town house was clean, comfortable, pleasantly designed, thoughtfully stocked, and well positioned. Ivana was very very helpful, competent, and efficient. We would highly recommend this to anybody without mobility issues or children (because there are quite a few steps to climb to get here, and then more once you're in the house, and the stairs are without hand rails and open to the well). But for the five of us, two couples and an adult singleton, it was the perfect accommodation and we made use of the terrace for lots of BBQs, wine and laughter. (Very handy as Dubrovnik's food was over priced and underwhelming in general; we are now in a tiny seaside village where the meals are twice as good and half the price!)

Ivana was outstanding. The accommodations were perfect. The location was convenient yet quiet. Her husband also provides excursions. He took us on a day trip to Mostar and Ston. It was the highlight of our stay. They treated us like family.

The Granary House Is An Ideal Rental
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Granary House. Our host, Ivana, was extremely kind and informative and made sure we were completely comfortable. She responded immediately to any questions we had about restaurants or sights. She also helped us plan other aspects of our trip in Croatia. The house itself is wonderful. Newly renovated, with modern appliances and bathrooms, it has enormous charm, is centrally located and very quiet. It was spotlessly clean. The beds are new and comfortable, the showers strong with plenty of hot water, and the kitchen is well equipped. The terrace is perfect for meals and reading. I highly recommend the listing. Dubrovnik is a fascinating and beautiful city.

This property is amazing and has every thing you need . Ivan's is a fantastic host and the house is really close to everything . the courtyard is a little Oasys and the property is near a GOT building .There are beach towels, snorkels and all you need for a day at the near ny beach or rock diving.

Perfectly situated, beautiful house, highly recommended
We stayed at Granary House in April 2017 and were absolutely delighted with it. It was comfortable with comfy beds, excellent shower facilities, heating/air conditioning and a very well equipped kitchen with loads of things like pasta, sauces, oil etc etc and a full fruit bowl and bottle of wine. Ivana could not have been more helpful and we tried 2 of her recommendations which were great - Lady Pipi and Olivia Pizza. The house is situated in the old town but off the beaten track enough to be nice and quiet. It has a terrace which is a bonus with Old Town properties although we only used it once because it was quite chilly during our visit. Ivana arranged airport transfers for us and escorted us to the house. The 3 of us would definitely recommend Granary House and really hope we will be able to stay there again one day.

On top of the fact that the Granary House has it all--location, modern yet homey decor, lots of light and space--Ivana is simply wonderful. She really helped to make our short time in Dubrovnik as delightful and stress-free as possible. All 5 of us hope to stay here again. What a find! Highly recommended for a group of friends or family.

Perfect in every way!
We could not have asked for a more perfect holiday rental! The house is in a winderful location and has a quaint yet tastefully modern interior. The living room was comfortable, the kitchen fully stocked, the overall floor plan creative, and the bedrooms private and charming. Our favorite was the patio where we would have a leisurely breakfast and watch the world go by. Ivana was an amazing host--she met us and helped us carry our heavy bags, gave us insider tips about restaurants, arranged transportation, and was instantly available by text for any questions.

Beautiful home, perfect location!
It is very hard to find a place to stay in Dubrovnik when you have 6 people! This being said, Granary House is outstanding for 6! It is a bit of a challenge to find parking but once we did it was so easy to contact Ivana and have her walk us to the apt. She spent time giving us great tips on restaurants and things to do. Also, gave us tips on where not to go, which was helpful. She arranged an early morning ride to the airport for us in advance that took the worry out of getting home. The house is new and beautiful set in the old world within the walls. This house is not appropriate for small kids because of the stairs but it was perfect for us. Fully stocked with everything you would need. The kitchen had many extras that would make cooking easy if you wanted to. Even a microwave! The bathrooms come with great rain showers and the new washing machine was very helpful. We enjoyed late afternoons on the patio and the spacious bedrooms. Highly recommend this place. Erik is a gracious host and did a fantastic job with the renovations. Definitely going back to Croatia sometime, beautiful place.
