I just like but not excellent

The property is clean and hygienic

They don't have any transportation facilities also they simply declined that they can't support to get any. Me and my 68 years old mom checked out at 5 am (completely dark outside) to get some local transport to reach railway station. The hotel staff and the manager simply shrug their shoulders saying "we don't have any contacrs"

I had made a reservation through Booking.com for a stay at an OYO property. However, around 11:00 PM on the day of check-in, I received a call from the hotel staff demanding an additional ₹600, claiming it was based on an invoice issued by OYO. I showed them the official Booking.com invoice, which clearly reflected the correct amount, and confirmed that no extra charges were applicable. Later, I discovered that an additional ₹1,000 had been added for a "meal plan" that I had not opted for. Moreover, the hotel did not even have a functioning restaurant. When I refused to pay for this, I received a call around 11:45 PM from an OYO representative who insisted that the meal plan was selected by their team and I was required to pay for it. They promised to arrange food the next morning, to which I responded that I would agree only if I could choose the hotel providing the food, due to hygiene concerns. However, they declined this request. Eventually, I escalated the issue to Booking.com, and it was resolved. I had booked the room solely for overnight rest, but the entire experience turned into a nightmare. Afterward, I checked online reviews and noticed that many customers have faced similar issues with OYO. The representatives from OYO were uncooperative, continuously speaking over me and unwilling to listen to my concerns. I strongly believe Booking.com should address such practices and ensure that customers receive clear, itemized invoices directly to avoid confusion and undue stress. Even they charged for the drinking water. This is like I booked a room in their property and drink water from other hotel. The room is comlletely filled with cigerete smell
