The size and the decoration of the appartment are definitely the main qualities. Very close to the bus station. Tv in all room and A/C and a parking spot.
The dishes and silverware were a bit dirty. All air vents need to be cleaned and some should be replaced/repaint. A huge quantity of garbage in the driveway.

Property was located not far from
American dream,Newark airport,or penn station. Cute and cozy
There were no wash rags when we arrived but owner brought some immediately also would have been nice to have extra towels and wash cloths. And had iron but no ironing board

The location was great. It was easily accessible. The host was also responsive when we had complaints. I greatly appreciated that. He also allowed us check out later than the usual time which was great as we had a late evening trip out of NJ.
The facilities are in need of repair and upgrade.
- The floral painting with leaves placed on the wall in the living room made the place look a lot like a shrine. A simple white painting on the entire living room walls would greatly add to the value of the property.
- There were trash packed within the compound by the wall. It also appears that it has been there for a long time as another review pointed it out as well. It really made the home depressing and sad. It took a lot of convincing for my family to enter the building as the sight from outside looked dirty and unkempt.
- The pots weren’t very clean. We had to rewash them before we could use them. They should really be replaced as previous guests left deep scratches all over the pots.
- The gas burner was caked with black stuff.
