清潔で普段暮らすのに何不自由なく過ごせる空間であること。特にランドリーは+スコアだ
駐車場から荷物を運び入れるのに、相当苦労したこと
バスルームのカーテンがないので、シャワーの使用にてこずった
外人住宅なのはわかるが、今時の日本ではウォシュレットが当たり前になっているので残念でした

3世代７人で利用したが、広くて快適であった。バルコニーからの海の景色も良かった。食洗機や衣類乾燥機など、設備が充実していた。寝室もきれいであった。
浴室のシャワーカーテン一部破れていたり、内側にカビが生えていたので交換したほうがよいと思う。
シャワーは2箇所にあるが、一方のお湯が安定していなかった。

Die sehr schöne Aussicht auf das Meer und die absolute Ruhelage.
Das die Klimageräte in den Zimmern laufen mussten, sonst hätte man die Nacht nicht gut schlafen können weil es zu heiß war.

整棟大廈比較寬敞，很適合人多入住
有兩個房間的天花燈不能關上，設備比較舊，洗衣機床鋪不亁淨
