The location is perfect + nice view from the room
The apartment is on the 2nd floor, so it was very hot, especially since there was no air conditioning.

The location and view are excellent.
The interior, shaved to the core, feels a bit like a prison cell. It's a shame, the room itself with a beautiful view is not to blame for that. It's a question of the equipment. Bad furniture, bad painting, missing lamps, or something more human. Nothing complicated or expensive is needed, just a little more invention and care. This significantly affects the impression of the place. It's fine for a necessary overnight stay, but it would be miserable for a stay.
