Great location near Hutong but walking distance from metro and great restaurants/sites. Very clean, staff were very helpful, arranged airport pick-up for me for a fee which was hugely useful after long-haul flight. Was traveling solo and felt very safe here.

The customer service was impeccable and very forthcoming. The rooms were very beautiful, extremely comfortable and had air conditioners.
The gym and lounge are in the same room which makes working out while others are already lounging not possible. The room had no air conditioning.

Terry and the staff were so welcoming and always went out of their way to help. Everytime we arrived back to the Hotel or to breakfast we were greeted warmly. Thanks for helping us with our restaurant bookings and with our bags.

Breakfast and Dinner were good, the chiefs were very accommodating, the staff were very nice and flexible, which was nice. The room was good and fairly modern, But it claimed it is a 5 star hotel which in our opinion is not. The swimming poor picture was a bit misleading as it is only a paddling pool small only for a few kids, we were not sure it was clean enough to use it as it could be because it is an outside pool which is a bit challenging to keep it clean all the time. The location is convenient if you are looking for a place to stay but not picky about the swimming pool, it is a good place to stay. We were very happy about the staff service particularly! 5 star staff but 4 stars facility. Overall, it is recommendable. We like the food.
